DMONTON, AB, Sep 23, 2010 — Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRNO), a Florida corporation, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Custom Carbon Processing, Inc. (CCP) has increased their forecast for annual revenue and gross profit at their Eastern Texas location.grno

Management now estimates the Texas project could generate total annual revenues of US$6 million per year. Approximately one-third of this amount, or US$2 million per year, will flow through to the Company as gross profit. These numbers are based on operating 24 hours a day, 21 days a month. Management anticipates processing approximately 800 barrels per day (BPD) and 16,800 barrels per month (BPM). CCP’s final permit is anticipated to arrive shortly. Once final permit is received, management will bring in slop oil for processing.grno

TRADE ALERT: (OTC: GRNO) Green Oasis Inc.

Today’s Close .71 cents.

Are the bulls ready to roar ahead on GRNO? TSW thinks so!

The Bulls have held their ground the last 2 trading days. Today’s tape was very impressive as the Bulls came roaring back once again to keep the pressure on the Bears.

TSW recently introduced the small cap community to a group of united market makers that short stocks called the Rat Pack. It appears the Rat Pack failed pretty bad at attempting to take GRNO down for the count.Looks like most of them have disappeared with the exception of NOBL.

TSW feels that the squeeze on the shorts could start as early as tomorrow. Tomorrow is Friday and a weekly close of .71 cents or higher would be a fantastic start for next week’s trading session. It wouldn’t surprise us if GRNO gapped above resistance tomorrow morning. If the stock dips on the open, bears would only be doing longs a big favor. Congratulations to the Bulls for keeping the faith and fighting the fight.

TSW is looking at two resistance levels if the squeeze starts in the next few days. Those levels are a $1.00 and $1.20.

One last thing we are watching. We noticed a new market maker that showed up on level II today with the ID: ASEL (Tradition Asiel Securities) http://www.tradition-asiel.com. TSW will be keeping a close eye on the activity of ASEL.

TSW is urging all of its members and subscribers to take a hard look at GRNO as a trading opportunity. Resistance .74. Support .60. We would like to see the stock stay above .60 cents for the trade to play out positive. If the stock were to break below .60 cents, something would definitely be wrong. However, at this point, the chart is set up and ready to go.

Smart-Tek Lands $120 Million in Gross Annual Payroll

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., July 21, 2010 — Smart-Tek Automated Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: STTN) announces an agreement signed June 22, 2010 with a Chicago-based broker who is targeting a minimum of $120 million in annual gross payroll with a resulting net reportable revenue (in compliance with GAAP) in excess of $40 million, subject to any adverse market changes. $40 million in annual gross payroll will be processed ($12 million net reportable revenue) by the quarter ending September 30, with the balance placed by quarter ending December 31.

Growing its broker sales network is a strategic priority for Smart-Tek, since brokers serve a critical role in the PEO world as the initial client contact, and the company has signed several new contracts in recent weeks. In addition to offering lucrative broker plans, Smart-Tek’s appeal to broker networks results from offering some of the country’s most comprehensive PEO offerings. The company’s personalized presentations include broker information, submission forms, comparison tools, detailed reports on commissions, detailed reports on variances between booked and actual remarketing processes, and numerous other useful technologies and enhancements.
